In this level you will find cutouts in the bottom and top corners of the board. The best way to attack this board, is to make matches in the center of the board when possible. The center of the board will be the most open, allowing you to find larger combinations.

When you make a combination with 5 or more cropsies, the entire cropsie will be removed from the board. This is your best option.

With only 16 moves to use, you need to make sure that you are making large combinations with apples, onions, strawberries, and suns.
Large combinations are the only way to beat this level. Look to make matches with atleast 4 cropsies. These combinations will spread higher point values to the surrounding cropsies.

Use the shovel booster if there are cropsies standing in your way of making a great combination. With a limited amount of moves, you want to take advantage of the shovel booster. Use the shovel especially if you see a +4 or +5 cropsie combination.
