I give Dr. Driving a 7/10 for general gameplay. There is no tutorial at the beginning of the gameplay, but a game such as Dr. Driving does not need one in my opinion. Once you figured out how to navigate through the cluttered main menu and actually started a mission, the gameplay will become straightforward but still very entertaining to play. This is due to the fact that there are many different kinds of missions implemented into the game. There are also many different cars, which you can purchase and upgrade. You can even play against your friends or other players around the world, which makes the gameplay very entertaining. The controls are smooth and responsive and you can choose if you would like to control your car by tilting your device or by using the steering wheel in the game.
